All our portable hair straighteners come with a 180-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

Covered by the warranty:

• Technical malfunctions not caused by misuse

• Electrical failures

Not covered by the warranty:

• Physical damage due to drops, moisture, or misuse

• Any repairs attempted by unauthorized third parties

• A description of the issue

• Photos or a video if possible
